Villa is located in a country club area at the edge of the forest which is within a walking distance of 100 meters from the river Prut. Within a distance of 400 meters from the center of Mykulychyn, on the side of the mountain, there stands a comfortable cottage hidden from the others’ eyes.

The air heavy with the scent of Carpathian spruce trees gives you the feeling of happiness and you can enjoy distance views of the surrounding mountains if you look through the windows of your room. The villa is a new 2-storied building with four bedrooms for 8 people; there is a living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a heated floor. Every room has a TV and internet. A fully equipped kitchen.

The outside area looks like a botanic garden. There are nooks for privacy, places to relax with a friendly company, for sports and children's games.

There is also a cozy and well equipped BBQ summer house. Tandoor. A summer house with a tennis table (equipped with fastening for TRX), a playground for children, an athletic field, parking.

There are a new pizzeria and restaurant (450 m), a marketplace, six local groceries (700 m); an outpatient clinic, a pharmacy, an ambulance (800 m), and a bus station (400 m). Not far from the cottage, there is a private brewery (within a walking distance of 700 m).
